Our client is an exclusive distributor in Vietnam for some famous international fashion and cosmetic brands. They are currently looking for a Deputy Branch Manager to join their team in Hanoi Branch:

- Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing or Economics. Master degree is preferable;

- At least 3 years’ experience in managerial level and Retail Operation;

- Strong leadership and good sense of human;

Job responsibilities:

The Deputy Branch Manager will be responsible for Leading the retail business execution to achieve business objective, strategic planning and provide management and culture management for sustainable business growth.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

1. Sales & Marketing Management

- Overall management of the business system including: process, retail, execution, targets;

- In charge of business P&L;

- Develop the Marketing planning and organize the Promotion events efficiently and still in line with brand requests;

- Work closely with Customer Service Department to ensure the Network quality; Receive customer’s feedback and respond timely and comfortably;

- Develop capability agenda (with training team) and solution to improve

- Lead and work directly and regularly with all Sales Supervisors to carefully understand the sales activities;

- Ensure that the Hanoi Branch is operated in compliance and integrity with head office;

- Understand the business health of the company to make forecast for launch & control of new products;

- Build system to control retail network for future planning; 

- Regularly contact with the Marketing Department to get informed in a time fashion about price changes as well as the introduction/ launch of new collections;

- Coordinate to improve working culture in branch;

- Support Branch Manager for legal issues, as per requested;

 2. Finance

- Set-up yearly financial plan for branch office;

- Budgeting for branch office;

- Control inventory and cash flow;

- Responsible for fixed assets;

- Responsible for internal financial control statements;

- Responsible for Financial - Tax statements;

 3. Human Resource

- Work with HR Department to ensure the sufficient and efficient human workforce in the North office;

- Ensure that employees in the North are equipped with proficient rooms to grow;

- Promote the teamwork spirit and motivation;

- Provide timely and appropriate support, coaching and guidance to employees when necessary;

4. Strategic planning and business development

- Support BOD branch in development strategy;

- Develop the distribution model and negotiate with distribution partners;

- Improve process, system, business KPI to achieve productivity management objectives;

- Ensure/ follow up the installation of logistics system designed to control inventory in line with Network objectives;

- Conduct Market analysis to identify growth opportunity in North: Make a monthly report to Managing Director on market trends, competitors, pricing variation & specific demands from consumers based on feedback from all  managers;

- Ensure to gain as much information about new brands – our ranking in store – report to Managing Director;

5. Sustainability and culture

- Play a role model for culture management for the team via leadership skills, coaching skill;

- Develop and improve reward system: including commission, bonus, and mechanism;

- People capability management: capability KPIs, people movement, and motivation management (turn over, conflict management);

- Develop and implementation of sales competency model for the business;
